Federal Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal has said that the best management would be given to PIA, Pakistan Railways and Steel Mills to make them profitable entities.
In an interview with Radio Pakistan, he said the prevailing economic situation would be transformed into a better condition after a year or two as the government is sincere to overcome budget short comings.
He said it is the endeavour of the federal government to improve the situation and the prime minister, federal ministers and ministers of state have abolished their discriminatory funds which are about Rs 27 billion.
He said the private sector has to play its role to provide jobs to the people.
