The city police on Tuesday seized 500 cell phones from prisoners of the Central Jail Karachi.
According to details, police carried out a search out operation at the Central Jail.
Police officials said that 500 cell phones were seized from the prisoners.
Under the law prisoners are not allowed to use cell phones in jail but their use is common in jails with the connivance of police officials.
