Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Tuesday said cooperation with the UK would be enhanced to address issues including terrorism, narcotics, money laundering, organised crime and immigration issues.

A British delegation, led by British High Commissioner in Pakistan Adam Thomson, held a meeting with the interior minister.

Nisar sought British assistance in the field of forensics not only for the Punjab administration but also for the Federal Government.

Thomson said the British administration attached high hopes with the Nawaz Sharif-led government in Pakistan.
