Ali Musa Gilani’s counsel moved an application in the court with the stance that it is difficult for his petitioner to appear in the court due to security risk; so he should be awarded immunity.

The court while terming the application maintainable issued notices and ordered parties to present record in this regard.

The court issued arrest warrants of ex-secretary health Khushnud Lashari.

The court also scolded the investigation officer over absence of ANF’s prosecutor and ordered him to present him on next hearing.

  1. Shame to see those alleged to have committed serious crimes holding up their hands in a V sign. Yes they have not been convicted but being alleged is no less.

On the contrary those who were convicted in Shah Zeb murder came out making a V sign.

What a pathetic show of 'morality'!
