The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Friday issued its judgment regarding implementation of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) ordinance.
Justice Asif Saeed Khosa released the judgment of 41 pages according to which the NAB law would be applicable on every person who did not hold public office.
It is worthy of note that the new law would be applicable on common citizens only when they would fall under the jurisdiction of prescribed law.
The court has approved 19 appeals for hearing regarding NAB law.
