The ceremony of placement of new carpets at Faisal Masjid would be held at 4pm on Thursday in the Islamabad International Islamic University (IIUI)’s Faisal Masjid Campus by the Saudi government.
Saudi Ambassador Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Ghadeer would be the chief guest. President IIUI Dr Ahmad Yousaf Al-Draiweesh said in a press statement that the new carpets would be a memorable gift to the Faisal Masjid from Saudi Arabia.
The current carpets had also been placed by the Saudi government 30 years ago.
I met T. Anderson through common friends, and he became comfortable with me eventually. Once, he paid visit to my home, and he simply could not stop himself from asking me about the dirty stain marks on the carpet. He then revealed that he runs carpet cleaning company, and he will send his guys to get those stains removed properly, and it was a big relaxation for me.
