The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has announced to observe a peaceful mourning day in Sindh on Thursday (today) against the killing of three party supporters in Malir on Wednesday.
The party has requested traders, businessmen and transporters to keep their businesses close.
Responding to the strike call, traders, transporters and businessmen have decided to suspend the routine activities on Thursday (today).
Four MQM sympathisers were kidnapped from the Malir City police precincts and the bodies of three of them were recovered later. The fourth one was shifted to hospital in serious condition.
