Measles continues to recruit children in its death camp as two more children lost their fight against the deadly epidemic and kicked the bucket in the city on Monday.

With the deaths of Rabia (9), a resident of Begumkot, and a four-year-old boy from Rana Town, the measles related death toll has reached an alarming figure of 135 in Punjab.

The current frequency of the epidemic’s strikes could be measured by the fact that as many as 36 new cases have been reported in Punjab in the past 24 hours.
