Load shedding problem

Load shedding has reached to 10hours in Karachi. Critics blame it all on the last government for lack of planning and a vision. They say no efforts were made in the past to ensure a continuous increase in the power generation capacity of the country. Even now, when the country is faced with devastating prospects, not much is seemingly done by the interim government to tackle the issue. It has turned into a complete nightmare for Pakistanis. The last government is being touted as one of the worst ever to have ruled Pakistan. The promises made by the Water and Power minister to the public that Load shedding will be no more by December 2009, were just promises as well. Election of 2013 is being called the election of change. It is also being said that Pakistan has entered into the era of progress. Like all past political parties PML-N also made a lot of promise to people particularly they have promised for the end of load shedding in Pakistan. This positive thought brought hope among the people that Pakistan will be self-sufficient energy resources.
