Violence continued in the mega city as three more persons were killed while two others injured in different areas on Thursday.
According to police, three policemen were injured in a hand grenade attack outside the ESC police station near Baloch Colony Bridge.
Unidentified miscreants on motorcycle hurled a hand grenade leaving three policemen hurt. The injured policemen included Sub Inspector Nawaz Jalbani, Khalid Bashir and Aijaz. They were shifted to Jinnah Hospital for treatment.
In other incidents of violence, a tortured dead body of a young man was found from Agra Taj area. A man’s strangled dead body was recovered from Eidgah area while another dead body of a man was found from Shershah area.
