Nawaz Sharif’s maiden speech finalised

Prime Minister-in waiting Nawaz Sharif’s speech has been finalised what he would deliver in the first session of 14th National Assembly, the party spokesman said on Thursday.
Talking to APP, PML-N Central Secretary Information Mushahidullah Khan said Nawaz Sharif’s maiden speech would encompass all national issues, including energy crises, law and order situation, unemployment and economic situation of the country.
After swearing as Leader of the House in National Assembly on June 5, Sharif would give a roadmap his government would follow during the next five years.
He said Nawaz Sharif may also come up with any surprise announcement to introduce any public welfare project to get applause from the people.
He said major part of Sharif’s speech would deal with the power crises and it is hoped that he would announce to end unscheduled load-shedding besides giving a line of action for permanent deliverance from the issue.
Nawaz would also touch the foreign policy issues including drone attacks in tribal areas and regional peace particularly with reference to Afghan situation.
He said the speech draft has been prepared with the help of party’s senior leadership and the final approval has been accorded by Nawaz.
Nawaz would also highlight the characteristics of his government including the cabinet size.
He would also introduce some austerity measures his government would enforce what party spokesman said would start from the top slot.
