The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has rejected news pertaining to recounting of votes and verification of thumb impressions in some constituencies of Punjab Assembly as well as National Assembly constituency (NA-125), Lahore.
A spokesman of the ECP clarified that after the issuance of notification for the establishment of election tribunals‚ such decisions are yet to be taken by them.
