In the Benazir Bhutto murder case, the special Rawalpindi anti-terrorist court gave 14 days’ time to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to submit a charge sheet against former military ruler Pervez Musharraf, local media reported.
ATC special court judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman heard the case.
During the hearing, Chaudhry Muhammad Azhar, special prosecutor for the FIA, requested the court to grant him 14 days’ time to submit a charge sheet. The court granted the request and directed Azhar to present the charge sheet upon the next hearing of the case.
Moreover, Musharraf’s counsel, Barrister Salman Safdar filed an application on behalf of his client for exemption from court attendance during the Benazir murder case.
The court issued a notice to the FIA upon Musharraf’s request and adjourned the hearing to July 11.
Thnks God koi paish raft tou hoi iss case mai
what FIA stands for.. can any one tells here and what they have with ATC.. what is this
This Judiciary is behaving like a Patwari.
FIA should also make charge sheets against ex-PM Shaukat Aziz, Chaudhry Pervaiz Ilahi and others.
Why FIA is not arresting Rehman Malik in this case, it looks like he was the master mind behind all this.
OMG, a charge sheet after 5 years and 5 months of murder!!
One Thousand Nine Hundred & SeventyEight (1978) days is a unique World Record.
