A missing person reached home while another two were in detention, the Supreme Court was told Monday.
A three-member SC bench, presided over by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja, took up the case for hearing.
Deputy Attorney General Dil Muhammad Ali Zai filed a report. Defence Human Rights Chairwoman Amna Masood Janjua was also present in the court.
The court was told during the course of hearing that one missing person, Qari Abdul Samad, had reached home while another two were still held captive in detention centers.
The court disposed of the petition with regards to Qari Abdul Samad but issued orders for shifting the other two, Haji Muqarrab Khan and Zakirullah, from detention centers to the SC.
The hearing of the case was adjourned until Tuesday (today).
