The summary for the revision of prices of petroleum products has been prepared and will be sent to the Ministry of Petroleum on May 30.
Sources said it was proposed that the price of petrol be increased by Rs 1.50 and the price of diesel be cut by Rs 2.
Sources in OGRA said price of kerosene oil was expected to be cut by 15 paisa per litre, while light diesel price was likely to go up by 5 paisas per litre and HOBC by 50 paisa per litre.
New prices petroleum products would be effective from June 1.
