4 killed, four injured in Dera Bugti clash

At least four men were killed and another four were injured in an armed clash between two clans of a tribe in Dera Bugti on Monday.

Levies sources said armed tribesmen of the two clans took positions against each other and opened indiscriminate firing in Goth Sher Muhammad village of Sui tehsil.

“The two rival groups opened indiscriminate fire at each other over a land dispute that left four people dead and another four seriously wounded,” the Levies said.

The dead were identified as Shahi, Ayyub, Gondal and Piro while the injured were Rahman, Wano, Washo and Qalandar.

Law enforcement agencies rushed to the site and took the situation under control and also cordoned of the area. The dead and the injured were taken to hospital.
