Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MNA Khawaja Asif on Sunday said a strategy has been evolved to overcome the energy crisis.
Talking to APP, he said, “We have been facing the energy crisis for the past 15 years and people would be provided with relief within few months. We are focusing on generating inexpensive and uninterrupted electricity for domestic and industrial use to ensure smooth productivity to keep the economic wheel in full motion.”
The MNA said the industrial sector was playing a significant role not only in providing employment opportunities to thousands of industrial workers but also in strengthening the national economy through exports.”
“The Pakistan Muslim League-N will take practical steps to cope with the power issue and people would feel a positive change in few months,” he added.
“We will consider suggestions and proposals of the business community of Sialkot to resolve the electricity problem and development work will further be accelerated in Sialkot,” he added.
