The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and former Punjab chief minister Shahbaz Sharif asked the caretaker government to reduce electricity load shedding hours.
Sharif said if the caretaker government did not do so, it would appear as if corrupt rulers are continuing their reign.
He criticised the government for its failure in this regard, adding that people have been suffering owing to long outages.

He talks and talks . There is no reduction in it
In westridge rwp there is no light the whole night
Our leaders sleep with their legs up in generators
They donot care . Its time to revolt against this nonsense
Too bad Pakistan is a “sleeping nation”. The society itself doesn’t care.
