Meteorological Department has said that a gradual decrease in the intensity of the heat wave has been witnessed, but people of the country still suffer from several hours’ long loadshedding.
In several areas of the country, the weather had changed for the better and effectively reduced the relentless summer heat.
On the other hand, many areas of Sindh and Punjab were still suffering from scorching temperatures accompanied with power failures. The areas bearing the brunt of the heatwave included Larkana, Badin, Ghotki, Rajanpur, Bhawalpur, Jhang and other areas.
