  1. When there is clear OGRA instructions that all cylinders fitted under the seats shall not be supplied CNG why this violation on the part of CNG station owner. OGRa is equally responsible for this loss. An FIR must be registered against the CNG owner, wagon owner and the driver if he is survived

    • There you have it.
The owner of the van, the driver and the CNG stations that fill such vehicles are all guilty of breaking the law, if such a law exists.

Needless to say, the police need to be proactive and force all vehicles violating OGRA rules off the road until safety regulations are complied with.

But I am a realist and I know money will change hands and nothing will be done to avert another tragedy.

  3. Government of Pakistan is responsible for this brutal MURDER of innocent kids. The corrupt government officials busy in making money at high responsiblity positions are even worse than US DRONE attacks and Indian Cross Border firing. Enemy lies within, we have to route it out ourselves by raising a REVOLT within or else KEEP SUFFERING………..

  4. Just imagine, if the kids of Zardari, Nawaz, Altaf’s and Imran Khans family would have been killed in such a way, everyone would have sit down by this time to legislate an urgent LAW AMMENDMENT on oil and gas laws. BUT my dear and brave countrymen! no one bothers about your loss, feelings and sufferings because you are just PUBLIC not ELITE. Just pray, pray and pray until the day comes when your own kids will go through such a tragic incident.

    • I agree with you 100%. The children of the awam are it seems, worth less then those of the high and mighty.

GOD forgive such thinking…if it exists..it should change now.

  5. What a horrible event! ALLAH grant the families of the dead and injured the strength to endure what no human would want to endure.

An urgent and thorough review of school van safety is needed. It seems to have been an accident and the driver may be guilty of nothing more they a tragic mistake BUT it needs to bring about change.

The sub standard cylinders are the reason of incidents, the culprits who manufacture such substandard cylinders, and the authorities who allowed to install such type of cylinders are equally responsible for this tragic incident, a proper judicial inquiry should undgo and the culprits shall bring to justice.
