A suspected target killer was arrested after an encounter with police here on Wednesday.
The suspect, identified as Babar Hussain aka Chingari, was arrested from the limits of Rizvi Police Station.
Chingari was wanted by the police in 13 murder cases. He was also allegedly involved in the murder of Allama Syed Baqir Hussain.
