The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday was moved for the arrest of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain through Interpol.

The petitioner’s lawyer Fiaz Mahr submitted the petition in the LHC and said that Altaf Hussain had a hatched conspiracy to disintegrate the country by making anti-Pakistan statements. Such a person was not entitled to form or lead a political party, he said.

The petitioner asked the court to impose a ban on the MQM and issue an order for arrest of MQM leader so that he may be brought to justice by fair trial in Pakistan.

  1. Shahbash Lawyer Fiaz Mahr! Bht pyari harkat ki hy aap ny. Aisa kam aik patriotic hi kar sakta tha.

  2. if pakistan arrests this terrorist there would be no target killings in karachi. He live by the money recieved through extortion in karachi. He has anti-sentiments about pakistan. He lacks speech manner & he is unaware how to address public gatherings. His sound is like donkey braying. I have never ever understood a single word of Altaf sahab. Why mqm does not change altaf.

  3. City of Karachi rejected MQM & accepted PTI. This is obvious from NA 250 re-poling. MQM did massive rigging to win other Karachi & Hyderabad seats. MQM break Law every day & no body touch them This is the time to act & identify all illigal MQM practices, & treat MQM under court of Law. We should recount all remaining Karachi & Hyderabad seats. City of Karachi rejected MQM. There are only 2 supporter of MQM & 8 supporters of PTI in Karachi/Hyderabad.
