The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday was moved for the arrest of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain through Interpol.
The petitioner’s lawyer Fiaz Mahr submitted the petition in the LHC and said that Altaf Hussain had a hatched conspiracy to disintegrate the country by making anti-Pakistan statements. Such a person was not entitled to form or lead a political party, he said.
The petitioner asked the court to impose a ban on the MQM and issue an order for arrest of MQM leader so that he may be brought to justice by fair trial in Pakistan.
Should got to SC instead of LHC and get him banned from spiting venom until his arrest.
