Political leaders queue up to meet Imran

Political leaders, having lost all hopes about their any understanding with the Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) have started looking at the alternative leadership for their survival.
Several leaders, who waited for the election results and subsequent developments have now started making queues at the Shaukat Khanum Hospital to inquire about Khan’s health and get closer to him.
Pakistan Muslim League – Quaid (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Pervaiz Elahi on Monday visited Shaukat Khanam Hospital and inquired after the health of the PTI chief.
Former Interior Minister and Qaumi Watan Party head Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao, who entered into an alliance with the PTI for formation of government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, also met Imran Khan on Monday.
A senior leader of PML – Likeminded (PML-LM) Humayun Akhtar also met Imran Khan at the hospital and remained with him for some time. PML-LM tried to cobble an alliance with the PML-N but could not get the required support and all of its leaders lost their seats.
Sources said they exchanged views on prevailing political situation and issues of mutual interest.
IMRAN TO BE DISCHARGED FROM HOSPITAL WITHIN 2 WEEKS: Doctors at the Shaukat Khanum Hosipital said that the tests and X-rays reports of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan were satisfactory.
According to the hospital sources, PTI chief is likely to be discharged from the hospital in the next ten to twelve days.
Imran Khan was undergoing physiotherapy treatment everyday, sources said.
PTI chief was injured after falling from a lifter a few days before elections during a public meeting in the city.
