The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Sunday unfroze voters lists across the country and restored clause 18 of electoral rules.
According to the implementation of the clause, new voters can be included and they can get lists changed.
Previously, the ECP had frozen voters lists following the announcement of election schedule for general elections of May 11.
