The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Friday announced that it would be boycotting the re-polls of the disputed NA-250 Karachi constituency.
MQM leader Raza Haroon in a press conference said that the party would be boycotting polls because there was a “conspiracy” being hatched against them. He said that the party had been on the hit-list of the Taliban and had made enemies by taking up the delimitation of constituencies issue. He said that there was a clear attempt to steal MQM’s mandate.
This is a developing story and will be updated accordingly.
