Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) provincial general secretary stated on Wednesday that Pervez Khattak would be Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s chief minister.
The PTI spokesman said that the province needed an experienced politician on the position.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan nominated Khattak as province’s chief minister on Monday.
The PTI won 17 provincial seats in K-P according to unofficial results.
