Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) tops the list in Punjab assembly, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) in Sindh assembly, Pukhtunkhaw Milli Awami Party (PMAP) in Blaochistan, according to the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) official results.
Balochistan Assembly’s final results have also been released, which shows that PMAP and PML-N bagging 9 seats each are on the top, while independent candidates have won eight seats, National Party seven, JUI-F six, PML-Q 5, BNP 2 and ANP only 1. MQM and TIP could not achieve a single seat in Balochistan.
According to ECP, PML-N with 214 seats in Punjab assembly topped the list followed by PTI 19 and independent with 40 seats. The results of 22 constituencies of Punjab Assembly are yet to be announced by ECP, while elections in two constituencies were postponed.
In Sindh Assembly, PPP with 63 seats is heading the list followed by MQM with 37 seats, while the results of 9 constituencies yet to be announced.
ECP has already announced the results of 259 constituencies.
