New South Wales Supreme Court Judge Justice Richard Whit Australia and the Australian Deputy High Commissioner on Wednesday called on the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.
They discussed matters of mutual interest, and the CJP acquainted them with Pakistan’s judicial system, court procedure, jurisdiction and mode of judges’ induction into the judiciary.
Justice White also apprised Justice Iftikhar about Australia’s judicial system in detail.
