Founder of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain was advised to pause all political activity for a few days and take bed rest by doctors in London.
According to local media reports, Altaf Hussain is not well and bed rest has been prescribed.
Earlier, enraged by what he called “false accusations” of rigging, Altaf had warned the establishment to respect the mandate of Karachi in a telephonic address to his party on May 12.
He reminded his supporters that despite deaths, bombings and threats the highest number of MQM voters had risked their lives to vote. He alleged that the media was showing anti-MQM demonstrators but did not speak of the thousands of MQM voters who turned up to support the party on polling day.

I just called the Metropolitan Police in London at 00442072301212 and registered my complaint against Altaf Hussain, telling the officer that this citizen of UK had threatened a group of protesters in Karachi last night openly on live television. The officer on the other end asked if it was for Altaf Hussain- She informed me that they have been receiving thousands of calls since yesterday and they have some officers looking into the matter. I would expect everyone to call and also repost so it is indeed taken seriously

I live in Mid of Karachi in an area managed and controlled by Altaf Hussain's Gangster Doctrine……I saw people going to sector office and unit office with their problems because of fear… if they go to PS they will be beaten by karkuns….. I have seen MQM zimadarans asking for donations through terrorizing calls……I have seen them forcing Building and Flats Residential Unions to pay bhatta…….I know more than dozens of so called loyals of Altaf Hussain not paying electricity bills, unions, tv cable charges, stealing water, petrol from motor bikes, mobile snatching, target killing…….IS IT AN IDEOLOGY……….IS IT A RACE………..IS IT FOR PEACE……..these green uniformed raza kars standing on the roads and guiding the traffic ……….WHY ???? Whats the role of traffic police……..are they creating a hidden army
