5 Pakistanis found guilty of child sex abuse in UK

A group of seven men, including five Pakistanis, has been convicted by a jury for subjecting girls to years of rape, torture and sexual violence in Oxford, local media reported.

According to the reports, the seven men were found guilty of a total of 43 charges relating to six victims. The accused were identified as Akhtar Dogar, 32, Anjum Dogar, 31, and Bassam Karrar, 33, and Mohammed Karrar, 38.

The other men were Kamar Jamil, 27, Zeeshan Ahmed, 27 and Assad Hussain, 32. All the men lived in Oxford.

The girls were raped, sold as prostitutes and trafficked around the country, the reports said.
