The Supreme Court (SC) has sought notification of the appointment of PIA chairman. A three-member bench of Supreme Court (SC) headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry took up the PIA corruption case for hearing on Monday. The court was informed during the course of hearing that notification of appointment of the PIA chairman could not be produced so far, therefore, more time be allowed. The court adjourned the hearing of the case for two weeks.
