PML-N to give speaker, dy speaker slots to smaller provinces

After getting clear majority in the National Assembly, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is considering to pick up speaker and duty speaker of the National Assembly from smaller provinces.
According to sources, names for the covert offices of speaker and deputy speakers NA would be decided within next few days.
Sources said an informal meeting of the PML-N chaired by PML-N chief Mian Nawaz Sharif was held here to discuss the formation of new cabinet and names of speaker and duty speakers. Shahbaz Sharif, Chaudhry Nisar, Khawaja Saad Rafiq, Khawaja Asif, Ishaq Dar and other leaders of the party attended the meeting.
Sources revealed that the meeting reached the decision in principal that from Punjab, Nawaz Sharif would be the prime minister, therefore speaker and deputy speaker would be chosen from smaller provinces. Name of Lt General (r) Abdul Qadir Baloch is under consideration for speaker, while Murtaza Javed Abbasi or Umer Ayub from KP are being considered for deputy speaker.
