National Public Movement chief and ten parties’ joint candidate Ayaz Latif Palejo has rejected polling results of his electoral constituency PS-47 in Hyderabad.
Ayaz Palejo demanded recounting of ballot papers of PS-47 and gave a call for strike in Qasimabad on Monday, in a press conference held at his Hyderabad residence, Palejo House.
During the press conference, Palejo said that polling was rigged in Sindh, adding that his polling agents were tortured and forcefully kicked out from the polling stations. On the occasion, he refused to accept the results and gave call for a strike on Tuesday (today) in Qasimabad.
Moreover, Palejo demanded from the Chief Election Commissioner to re-hold polls in PS- 47.
