The Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) has brought another bad news for the Karachiites by announcing that load shedding would be increased from seven hours to nine hours across the city on Tuesday.
On May 4, the KESC had mentioned, on social media, the need to increase hours of load shedding.
According to them, the federal and provincial governments owe Rs71 billion to the KESC. The electric supply company had warned that duration of load shedding may go up to 14 hours if dues were not cleared.
