The Awami National Party (ANP) has written a letter to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) expressing serious reservations over the election campaign.

In its letter, the ANP submitted details about attacks on its party workers and offices.

It said four attacks were carried out on ANP workers on April 28, three attacks on April 29 and three on May 1.

The ANP said around 50 of its workers and supporters had been killed and scores of others had been injured during these terror activities.

The letter stated that the party had not been provided with a level playing field during the pre-poll election campaign across the country.
