Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Media Incharge Shirin Mazari condemned terrorist attacks on political parties and said that the real target was democracy and the populace itself.
She also mentioned PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s resolve to visit Quaid-e-Azam’s tomb during his visit to Karachi, and said that in the coming week, their party will convey its message of change to the greatest numbers through public meetings and a media campaign.
Responding to a question about PTI’s funds shortage, she stated that the party’s marketing manager and finance staff were better equipped to answer that question, and highlighted the financial contributions of overseas Pakistanis to PTI.
Mazari denied that any alliance existed between the PTI and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), remarking it was in fact Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) who had supported the PPP in the past five years.
