Two security personnel were injured in an exchange of firing with terrorists at a check post on Thursday.
According to details, the terrorists from across Afghanistan opened fire on Pakistani officials in Mohmand Agency, injuring two soldiers.
To which the security forces retaliated and the terrorists fled from the scene.
The injured soldiers were shifted to hospital. Cross-border firing on Pakistani troops has increased during recent months resulting in killing of several soldiers and injuring many others.
