The Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) on Thursday warned of increased load shedding if urgent payments to Pakistan State Oil (PSO) were not made.
In a letter written to the Ministry of Water and Power, the KESC said it would not have finance to fuel the electric generators after May 8, and the city could face increased load shedding of up to 14 hours a day if urgent payments were not made.
