Police sub inspector among four killed in Karachi

Four people, including a sub inspector, were killed in the ongoing wave of violence across Karachi city on Monday.

The police sub inspector, identified as Mohammad Khan Abro, was killed in Orangi town’s Chistinagar area while he was on his motorbike to drop his daughter to school. His daughter was also injured in the gun attack.

He was stationed at Aram Bagh Police Station.

A dead body was found from Korangi industrial area, another one was found dumped near Natha Khan Goth.

A man Akmal was shot and killed in Ibrahim Hyderi Ilyas Goth.

Meanwhile, Rangers claim to have rounded up over two dozen suspects during the course of their search operations in Manghopir and Landhi. NNI

Ranger always claims that they have arrested Suspects but is there any one who is checking that what ever they claims is correct or not …… If only they say they have arrested so many Criminals then why is that ever day Uniform persons and others are killed or attacked. I think the Rangers is as corrupt as Government of Pakistan.

  2. Arresting suspects is one thing. But the problem is most of these suspects are then released in less then a day due to political corruption. Makes arresting them not worth the effort.
