The Supreme Court (SC) has adjourned the hearing of contempt of court plea against the sitting
National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Fasih Bokhari till Tuesday.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by the Chief Justice Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case today (Monday).
During the hearing Aasma Jahangir, counsel for chairman NAB Fasih Bokhari requested the court to delay the hearing as she and KK Agha were preoccupied in connection with hearing of other cases.
The court put off hearing of the case till Tuesday.
