Terrorists on Saturday blew up a gas pipe in Umerkot.
According to details, unidentified miscreants had planted explosives with 30-inch diameter gas pipeline near the Umerkot area of Sindh.
As a result of the blast a portion of gas pipeline was destroyed. Gas supply to CNG stations in various cities of Punjab, including Lahore, Sahiwal, Sheikhupura, Multan, Gujranwala and Gujrat was suspended.
Shortage of gas also halted supply to industries of Lahore Zone 1.
