Sindh High Court (SHC) has extended stay order till April 24 on MQM petition filed against the printing of ballot papers and voters list.
Chief Justice SHC Justice Mashir Aalam, Justice Maqbool Baqir and Justice Sajjad Ali Shah are at Islamabad to participate in Judicial conference. Therefore hearing of all the cases pending with their respective benches has been adjourned.
The SHC has also put off hearing of constitutional petition filed against acceptance of nomination papers in respect of speaker national assembly Dr Fahmida Mirza for indefinite period.
