Say no to disciples of Zardari, Musharraf: Nisar

Pakistan Muslim Leahue-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and former opposition leader in National Assembly (NA) Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said the key to salvaging Pakistan was rejecting disciples of Zardari and Musharraf by the masses in the upcoming elections.
“The upcoming election is meant for salvaging Pakistan. The key to saving the country lies with the rejection of disciples of Asif Zardari and Pervez Musharraf by the nation in the upcoming national polls. These disciples are opportunists and are pursuing politics of hypocrisy,” he said while addressing a public gathering in Bahtar.
He held the current Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) had no relevance with the PPP of Zulfikar Bhutto and called it “Zardari league”. Casting vote in favor of Zardari is a sin, he added.
Lambasting Imran Khan, he questioned how a person who spent his whole life playing with a bat and a ball could control the country, adding that he could not even take care of his family. “Imran Khan has remained my class fellow and friend since the last 42 years. He calls himself Pathan but Pushto is an alien language for him. He lives in Lahore but he does not know Punjabi. He cannot even imagine the woes and sufferings of the common man,” Nisar added.
Nisar appealed to the people to support Nawaz Sharif in the upcoming polls. Sharif’s success would be a success for the country, he said.
Criticising the PPP-led coalition government, he said the loot and plunder spree by former rulers has rendered the country bankrupt and brought national institutions at the brink of disaster. The country is overburdened with enormous foreign debt amounting due to extravagance of the previous government, he alleged.
