Unidentified terrorists set a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf election camp on fire in North Karachi.
According to PTI spokesperson, the unidentified miscreants attacked the PTI election office in North Karachi and set it on fire when the party workers were not there. Fire brigade vehicles reached the scene to extinguish the fire.
Separately, unidentified terrorists set on fire a Jamaat-e-Islami office in Nazimabad on Saturday.
According to police, the unidentified assailants burnt the office in Nazimabad No 2.
A JI spokesman claimed that it was the election office of his party. At the time of the incident, only one worker was present inside the office who was also tortured by the attackers. The furniture of the office was destroyed due to fire.
Karachi JI chief Hussain Mehanti condemned the incident and demanded the Election Commission of Pakistan and the caretaker chief minister to take notice of the incident.
