  1. Excellent Asma.
You are right the lawyers must not act in a way to make this man a hero.
Let the legal course continue unabated.

  2. Mushi should face what he has done under US agenda in this country but be careful it can be political stunt to get international coverage or for local publicity. For last 3 days his case is taking maximum air times. So one can say he is projecting himself free of cost and under state paid security privileges.Benazir did same thing. There are clear evidences the Karachi blast was done to give her international coverage and sympathy. So now if Musharraf could be punished and released like Raymon davis then it would tell us right situation of judiciary toward military dictators and political will of JI or PTI like parties.

    • Stupid comments by you. "Benazir did the same thing", and then she got killed in RawalPindi after arranging a blast in Karachi in which she narrowly escaped. Just use ur brain(If it is not empty) before writting ur comments.

      • She was killed as her understanding with mushi couldn't be aligned in manner that should have suited mushi so she was removed and let Zardari in to scene for taking real revenge to democracy.

    • 'Musharraf could be punished and released like Raymon davis' — or Musharraf could be punished and released like Nawaz Sharif !

      • First option is insult for whole nation and 2nd option will add insult to Musharraf's personal and for army's general account

  3. This sorry excuse of a woman called asma jehangir is a paid CIA agent who works against Pakistan. She is a two faced witch who will do just about anything for cheap publicity.

    • Ridiculous and incredible allegations against Ms Asma who has been in the forefront to work for rule of law and civilian supremacy.

  4. Lady Asma Jehangir is an intelligent lawyer of a great repute but one thing is short that she goes against Military in no time. Lady forgets that if there is no one to keep a check on the civilian dictators the country will have huge problems as they were in 1999 when the treasury was empty No foreign exchange left by Nawaz Sharif. When Gen Rtd Musharraf resigned there were more than $16b in the kitty The administration of Military is lot better than civilians dictators of Pakistan Must give credit to better Administrator whether they are in uniform or in plain clothes.

  5. the judge who gave verdict against Musharaf was advocate for burka molvi in lalmasjid case and contested election in 2002 as a MMA member. Wawoo what a neutral judge

  6. Asma Jehangir is by no means a "lady". More like a wicked witch. She is an oppurtunist and a gangster.

    • I wish we should use proper language, even if we don't like someone. Asma Jehangir only said what is the basic requirement of justice. It is not lawyers job, what they are doing in courts. We must behave in accordance with the laws of our religon and our society.

  7. Yes, lawyers should protest in a civilized way. No disruption or fighting. That is the way it is always done in the western countries especially USA. We should learn good things from these countries.

    • Another thing that we should learn from them ( USA & other European & Asian Countries ) – moral values….to resign even though one is accused of any criminal act or corruption in our country., inorder to clear his/ her name……but our politicians are always found to be sitting on such accusations & does not move unless thrown out by SC or through vote…which is very seldom….no wonder we are in such a mess……yet people ( poor people aside ) – literate ones are found to be supportive of such elements..one wonders..why ? because they too have lost their moral values & conscience.

      • You right. Politicians must strive to follow high traditions. And those sitting in the Courts to deliver justice must strive to follow even higher standards.

  8. Guess what! He already is a HERO ma'am and without having to wear saffron robes and sit with Bal Thakeray.
