Two girls abducted from capital

Two young women were abducted from the federal capital in separate incidents, police reported on Wednesday.

Only identified by her first name, Sidra went missing from the area of I-9 when she went for shopping in I-8 Markaz. Her brother Afzal Ahmad told the police concerned that he had parked his motorbike in I-8 Markaz and had asked Sidra to wait as he would buy something from the nearby shop and return. According to the police, when Ahmad returned, Sidra was missing. Ahmed suspected Babar Hussain, Wajid Ilyas and their accomplices for abduction of sister.

Separately, Mangta Khan lodged a complaint with the police concerned that his daughter Ishrat Bibi was missing since March 27. Khan also accused Bashir and Mushtaq for fleecing a sum of 75,000 rupees from him with a promise of recovering his daughter, which they did not fulfil.
