PML-N and PML-F to contest polls jointly in Sindh

The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) have decided to contest the next polls in Sindh jointly along with 10-party alliance.
PML-N Punjab President Shahbaz Sharif visited Karachi on Wednesday and met PML-F President Pir Pagara and discussed the electoral alliance for the polls.
While addressing a joint press conference after the meeting, Shahbaz said that the alliance with PML-F and other parties would remain intact, adding that the alliance would hold accountable those who had harmed the country in the past five years. He said that the overall political situation was discussed with Pir Pagara.
He said that they would take part in elections jointly, adding that Pir Pagara had prayed that the elections would not be postponed and would be held on time. He said that there would be no hurdle for Nawaz Sharif to become the prime minister for the third time, adding that no one could stop Nawaz from becoming PM.
Pir Pagara thanked Shahbaz for visiting him. He said that there were few things which would be resolved soon, adding that he prayed that the elections would be held peacefully.
