Kate Hudson, who features in Mira Nair’s upcoming film ‘The Reluctant Fundamentalist’, has revealed that the director used to take utmost care of her on the set of the film. The 33-year-old actress confessed to almost missing out on Nair’s most awaited film due to her pregnancy. Hudson said that she was actually not going to be able to do the movie because she got pregnant and she just had the baby eight weeks before she started shooting, PVR Pictures reported. The ‘Bride Wars’ star said that she was breastfeeding every three hours or so, and Nair would rub her feet while they were changing the set-ups. “It was definitively an emotional experience for me,” she said. The movie, which is shot in five cities on three continents, is a touching and engaging story of a young man chasing corporate success on Wall Street. The film also stars Kiefer Sutherland, Liev Schreiber, Riz Ahmed, Shabana Azmi and Om Puri. The movie is slated to release on 10 May 2013 in India.
