PML-N Lahore President Pervez Malik on Tuesday said the party would make efforts to eliminate load shedding after winning the upcoming elections.
Addressing corner meetings at Baghbanpura and Shadbagh, he alleged the previous regime had become history and a new era of progress and prosperity would usher in soon.
He said the PML-N, under the dynamic leadership of Nawaz Sharif, would spend all its energies to ensure relief to the people. He said the PML-N did not believe in hollow slogans and always worked for the welfare of the poor and it would again utilise all resources to bring the country out of crisis.
He said that early solution to ongoing load shedding and national sovereignty was a priority of his party. He said in the tenure of Nawaz Sharif, people witnessed unique developments; motorway was constructed and Pakistan became an atomic power while Shahbaz Sharif turned the province into a hub of economic activities, alleging that the PPP promoted corruption, nepotism and exploited the national resources for own interests and thus tarnished the image of the country.
He said some elements were shouting slogans of tsunami despite the fact that it was a sign of destruction. He said the international community would witness a new Pakistan if the PML-N came to power.
He said the people would be a source of power, uninterrupted electricity and gas would be available to the industry and households across the country and every citizen would have access to health and education facilities.
Malik urged the people to reject all elements which had harmed the country and economic fabric and promoted malpractices. “People should cast their precious vote to the PML-N for a bright future,” he added.

  1. In fact you are the one who stopped IPPs Electricity projects which were supposed to be the short/medium term projects by the then Government. Last but not the least, the “Thar Coal” Project which could have been the ‘Gold Mine’ for Pakistan was halted by PMLN Government. Stop your Hypocritical nuisance.
